TERMS + CONDITIONS

Commissions: No commission to Art Design Consultants (ADC) on artwork sourced through the Blink Art Resource print publication by a design professional. Artist receives 100% of the commission on all sales when working with a buyer who contacted artist via Blink Art Resource.

Artist Website: Provide a fully-functioning, updated artist website.

Copyright & Publicity Use: I hereby state that I have the rights/ownership to all images/copy submitted or have been granted permission to use these images by the photographer/writer for use in the publication. I give ADC the permission to use the contact information provided as well as the images/copy submitted for print, web, and Blink Art Resource advertising purposes, in the agreement that the delegate’s contact information will also be supplied for all uses (print, web, and Blink Art Resource advertisements). 

Two-Year Price Lock Guarantee: ADC guarantees a two-year price lock, not including discounts/promotions for the year, you sign on and the next. Once the two-year price lock is fulfilled, artists will be renewed at current retail price. 

Payment: Artist commitments to Blink Art Resource 2020 must be paid in full to ADC prior to the publication close date March 6, 2020. 

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing. To receive a full refund, the artist must cancel the promotional package purchase by or before February 5, 2020 (60 days prior to press deadline). If artist cancels after the 30-day deadline, 20% of the purchase, already paid, will be refunded to the artist. No refunds are will be issued after the Blink Art Resource book goes to press. 

*Online Representation: The Artist will collaborate with an ADC representative to select up to four (4) artworks to which ADC will have exclusive sales rights during the year-long contract period on the Blink Art website. * This opportunity is an additional added value to the artist. It is optional to the Artist, it is not required.

Acceptable File Types:

  • Joint Photographic Experts Group (.jpg) *Preferred Format
  • Encapsulated Postscript Vector (.eps)
  • Tagged Image File Format (.tiff)
  • Portable Document Format (.pdf )

Image Quality: All images must be a minimum 300 dpi and at least 2,000 pixels in width (or length whichever is shorter) for print quality. 

Description of Work: Upload a word document with the information about each work of art you submit for the print publication. 

  • Title of each artwork selection to be used in the Blink Art Resource book
  • Dimensions- Industry standards for measuring artwork: Height, then width (inches) -H x W.
  • Sculpture and three-dimensional installations are H x W x D (depth)
  • Medium- materials that are used to create the work 

Photo Editing: ADC reserves the right to edit all photos for design layouts (image quality, color, brightness, etc) to assure optimum print standards for publishing. 

Timeline: Artwork must be submitted to Sandy no later than Monday, February 3rd.

Layout Proofs:

  • A proof of your layout will be sent for your review within fourteen (14) days of your consult with the graphic designer. Once the proof has been received, please return changes within 3 business days.
  • Limit of three (3) changes.
  • As a policy, we do not print without a signed off proof of approval. All revisions and approvals must be submitted via e-mail.
